I like that style, though. The longer I look at it, the more I like it. Reminds me very much of the way I would / used to approach such imagery - I can't quite point my thinger on what it is. Anyway, cool!

The hammer is hitting the table in a very strange angle. One can see the downside, facing the "viewer". Also, it's the only obejct that looks like it's depicted from a frog perspective (I'm not sure if that's the right term in English). And the hand is leaning sort of relaxed on the table, which is a bit weird. But I'm getting too much into detail here, sorry.
The meaning behind it is fine

What's very confusing, my signature?
The gag is simply that the candidate for supreme court made that exact statement, except she said that a Latina woman could make a better decision than a white man. Some say that's not a bigoted statement, so I just switched it and made the judge saying it a klansman--which of course shows how bigoted a statement it truly is.

I find the area around hammer, hand and table very very very confusing.
As for the gag, I can't quite follow. I get the general idea, though.
You took your time to finish this one, that's for sure. Very much work in it.
