Cartoon Riverdance - the rough draft!

des - Riverdance - the rough draft!

Why I should not audition for Ireland's Got Talent

Following on the esteemed Kringe's question as to what "my own version" of Riverdance might be like, I present for your delectation my hastily dashed off gala show.

I give you : "Riverdance - The Des-aster!"

Twice as good in half the time ...
The dancing or the sketching?

des - 02.11.10 22:06
Yup. I'd also like to thank my children - especially my kids - who helped me rehearse and gave me pointers on the finer points of choreography, and without whose help this would've been done twice as good in half the time.

Thanks. I never expected this. I'd just like to thank my parents, especially my Mom and Dad, without whose unstinting support and tireless backing I could never have done this.

Ouuuh! And look at this new Avatar ... Des, the Dancer!
des - 31.10.10 20:22
Merci beaucoup, mon ami. It's not so much the jeté's as the pirrhouettes that get me.

(Don't mention the splits! Please, don't mention the splits.)

Well ...

It's ... unique! ... sort of ....

Pas-de-Des, I would call it ...

What can I say, Si?

I got rhythm, I got music, I got my girl. Who could ask for anything more?

Happy Halloween. I hope this didn't scare anyone too much.
